Gosh. My 24hours of work training is finally done! Haha. I spent the last few days slogging for about an average of 5hours a day working!


So that means that tmw will be my first official day at work! Haha. I've learnt many things and gained valuable experiences from the past few days. I learnt to serve customers, collect the bills, welcome customers into the store and many more! Oh yea, memorising what each dish's name is the most difficult! There were times when i served the dishes and got confused with the dish's name and the customers would go 'Ah? I ordere that?' HAHA! Super funny and i would go 'Oh sorry sorry! I'll help you to check your order again.' But after that, i would be very paiseh and kinda malu to go back to the same table again. Haha. But it's okay ah. Everyone makes mistakes plus i'm just a newbie! Haha. I was the newest staff intially until there came another girl today. She has a small build and looks quite young so i guess she must be 16 only. I finally get to exercise some authority coz i'm now a senior! Haha.



The people at my workplace are really nice. Haha. Even the supervisors are nice! There's one supervisor who calls everyone 'darling' so i kinda got a shock when she called me that too. I was like," What did you call me?" LOL. Oh yea, my name isn't justin there too. it's changed to Jay. Cool name right! Haha. Even the name Jay is on my name tag and everyone calls me that. Not many people know my real name. Haha. All the colleagues are also very friendly. Although i've just known them for a couple of days, i seem quite close to them and feel comfortable talking to them. We talk crap sometimes too. Haha. There was once the kitchen staff asked me to poour him 'iced hot water'. I was like "WHAT?!" Haha. I tio stun for a moment and it took me a few seconds before my mind could process that he was actually cracking a joke. -.-
