My dearest Rebecca baby is down with high fever at a temperature of 39.3degrees when she is just 27 days away from her O levels. Though i understand that she wants to go to school real bad with just a few more weeks to her O's, i believe that her health should be of utmost importance!
I really feel so useless at times, because there's nothing much that i can really do for her to ease her illness. The most that i am able to do is to visit her for a short 5minutes to pass her some medication or to just to cheer her up. But i doubt that is possible now, because her mom has taken leave to take care of her 24hours a day for the next 3 days. /:
Though i may not be with you physically, i just want you to know that i am constantly worried whether you are feeling alright and it aches my heart to know that you feel really ill baby. I really hope that you will recover soon so we can see each other and continue with our daily study dates okay dear? Please get well soon, for me, for your O levels and for yourself! ♥

3 days Singtel Banquet event @ Suntec Convention Centre!

I've been supa supa busy with work for the past 3 days! I was working for a Singtel Banquet event serving both breakfast and lunch at the Suntec Convention Centre! I've been tired tired tired from work and have been working for 10hours straight for each of the three days! My reporting times were equally crazy and i had to report at 5.30am on the first day, 6am on the second day, and 6.30am on the third day! Insane timings man! Thankfully our taxi fares were covered too! :D
I've made many new friends during the banquet out of the 200 staff! Met people from different walks of life and each of them shared their life and army experiences with me! :)
I've been having a lack of sleep these days and now that the singtel banquet event is over, i will be able to take a good rest before work starts for me next week back at Pearl River Restaurant!
I'll keep this blog post short coz i'll be going out soon! Gonna hang out with baby, Noel, Jeremy, Almanda, Ping, and her new boyfriend! Hopefully i'll be able to blog again soon! Take care friends! :D

Kite Flying @ Marina Bay!

Finally managed to slot in time for a breather from studying and both baby and i met up with Jasline and Chelsea for the annual Kite Flying event at Marina Bay! :)
We met up with Jasline at around 2.30 at Bedok interchange and we took a bus and alighted at Clifford Pier and the three of us made our way to the kite festival! We scanned our surroundings for the 'free kite and goodie bag' booth the moment we reached and we were kinda dismayed at first because we thought that the freebies had all been given out! Thankfully we made
an effort to walk towards the end of Marina Bay and we found the freebie booth! :D
The queue was mad-long and we queued despite the fact that the heat was killing us to get our hands on the freebies! Haha!
Chelsea joined us after that and she was lost trying to find us! But yea, we left the Marina Bay shortly after that because it was too crowded to fly our kites and we were all feeling hot and thirsty! It was already about 7pm by that time and we went to Marina Square's Just Acia to have our dinner! :)
Sent baby home after that and it was already quite late by that time. I missed my last bus31 which departed Tampines interchange at 11.30pm and i was really lucky to think of an impromptu plan to sit bus 27 to the airport and then switch to bus36! Reached home at around 1am and i was mad tired! Baby was being a sweetie to accompany me sms though she reached back home at around 11 and was feeling super tired too. Had a fun day all in all and i'm looking forward to more of these kinda group outings with baby's friends and my friends! :D

2nd monthsary! ♥

I'm finallly able to blog after not using the computer for about a week! The week has been an awesome one and Rebecca dear and i had lots of study, study, study! :)
Our second monthsary was also on last Thursday, on the 9th. Our initial plans were changed and we had lots of study on that day too! :D Here's a rough timeline on what our plans were on the 9th!
Thursday, 9th of September
7am > Met up with baby at Airport T3!
8am > Proceeded to Macs for our breakfast and.. to start STUDYING! :D
8am- 12pm > Mugging, mugging, mugging!
12pm > Left the airport and headed to Tampines to meet up with Jasline for her to be Ping's hair model.
12.30pm > Ate lunch with baby at BK while waiting for Jasline.
1.30pm > Plans have to be changed again coz Ping has found another hair model last minute.
1.30pm - 2pm > Went to TM to take Neoprints! :D
2pm - 3pm > Jasline didn't have to come and baby and i went to T1 Manpuku to study for an hour!
3pm > Collection of my custom made monthsary gift for baby! :D
3.30pm > Headed down to Marina Square for our Kbox!
4pm - 7pm > Kbox! :D
8pm - 9pm > Astons dinner at Suntec! :)
10pm > Sent baby home and home sweet home for me after that. :D
So that was a rough idea of what our second month was like! Such a joke to have 5hours of studying on monthsary day! But it was a fun day all in all coz what's most important is that i spend maximum time with baby even if it means we are studying! :D

Sadly, we didn't manage to take photos of our awesome dinner at Astons coz both baby and my phone ran out of batt! We had a really enjoyable day and i'm so looking forward to our next monthsary! :D
