1st year anniversary! ♥

I just celebrated my one year anniversary with my dearest Rebecca Babygirl last Saturday on 9th of July 2011! Time really flies man, and before i know it, i have already spent one year with my dearest sweetheart. ;D
First of all, i would like to congratulate myself and my girlfriend Rebecca for being able to tide through to our first year together! Our one year came with ups and downs, and we do have our rough times like any normal couple. However, i believe that after every disagreement, it is important to talk things out and understand from each other's point of view. Communication is the key in every relationship! :)
This is my first time that i hit the one year mark in my relationship and i would like to say thanks a lot to my girlfriend for tolerating me, for putting up with my stubborness at times, and most importantly for loving me for the past one year. She taught me what love is all about and though she may say that she's not a sweet girl, i sincerly feel that she is such a sweetie! I remember the times during my recruit days when she would send and pick me up at Pasir Ris MRT control station every weekend without fail. She did this for 4 whole months. And after i was posted to Pasir Laba Camp to undergo training at SCS, i told her that she didn't have to send me off anymore coz my camp is all the way at Joo Koon and it is too far away for her! However, this sweet girl would still tirelessly take the train down to Jurong Point to meet me whenever i have night's out just to spend the few additional hours with me. And now that i have been posted to Stagmont Camp, she still tries her best to make her way down to Chua Chu Kang to meet me and spend time with me even if there was just time for a simple dinner together. Tell me, which girl would tirelessly make an effort to spend time to come down all the way just to see her boyfriend even after she had a tiring day at school!
So yup, as for our one year anniversary celebrations, i guess some of you might be curious about how we spent our day! We basically met up at Vivocity and had lunch at this awesome restaurant called "White Dog Cafe"! Awesome place with nice ambience and awesome food! The price is really reasonable too! :D After our sumptous lunch, we went to catch the Transformers! First time watching Transformers for the both of us (yea i know it's so popular and we haven't watched the first two series!) and it was awesome! After the 2 and a half hour movie ended, we took a monorial over to Sentosa! We purchased our day pass and off we were to have fun! I would also like to say how much effort i put into the card for my dearest Rebecca! I would write a monthsary letter for my girl every month, but as it was going to be our one year anniversary, i wanted the letter to be different and special so i made it in the form of a huge "card"! It was a cardboard-vanguard sheet card in the shape of a heart with photos of us and most importantly, my one year anniversary message to my sweetheart! I spent all my free time in camp making the gift, so i really hope she likes it! :D As for the present, i got her something simple yet significant to me. I bought her a ring! I spent quite some time choosing the ring and i brought her to the southernmost tip of Sentosa, which was on some small "island" and brought her all the way up to the top of the pavilion before singing her a song and taking out a rose from the back of my shirt and handing it to her. And yes, the rose contained the ring.:)
I shall let the photos do the talking! :)

I love this girl a lot, i really love her so much. Thanks for loving this blur and dumb boyfriend of yours and yes, you'll still love me no matter how weird you think i may be right? :P One year is not the end for us, however, it is a whole new beginning where we embark on our journey towards our second year, third year and every subsequent years after that. I love you dearest, and you know you mean the world to me. I need you more than anyone else on this entire planet could possibly ever need you. I need you to take care of me, to put up with me, and most of all i need you to love me, cause i love you. ♥

Haven't blogged in 2 months!
Haven't been blogging for about 2 months! In the blink of an eye, i have already passed out from SCS and i'm into my 5th week in Signals Institute! For those who don't know, i've been posted to Stagmont Camp to undergo training as a Signals Specialist! :)
Took me quite a while to adapt to a almost total different environment. Met new people and made new friends all over again. I even had to adapt to the different living environment in SI (Signals Institute) too! From climbing up 6 levels to my accomodation bunk, to having lectures from 8am to 5pm everyday, it's all a totally new experience for me! Especially the lectures from 8am to 5pm everyday coz it makes me feel like school all over again! The weekly tests, daily long lessons all making me feel so stressed up! But yea, i"ll do my best and in 2 month's time i'll be passing out as a Sergeant! :D
Quite happy with my life at Signals Institute now! Though i have lots of lectures and loads of tests to take every week, i am grateful that i am under a conducive aircon environment while my other friends who were posted to Infantry or other postings may be out in the sun doing fire movement or field craft!
Oh yea, and one more important thing to add! I celebrated my 1 year anniversary with my dearest Rebecca one week ago! I shall blog more about the 1 year anniversary celebrations in the next post! :)
